氣(qi)(qi)(qi)浮分(fen)(fen)離技術(shu)是指空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)與(yu)水(shui)在一(yi)定的(de)工作壓力下,使氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體最大限度的(de)溶入水(shui)中,力求處于飽和(he)狀態,然后把(ba)所形成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)壓力溶氣(qi)(qi)(qi)水(shui)通過減壓釋放,產生大量的(de)微(wei)細氣(qi)(qi)(qi)泡(pao)(pao)(pao),與(yu)水(shui)中的(de)懸浮絮(xu)體充分(fen)(fen)接(jie)觸,使水(shui)中懸浮絮(xu)體粘附在微(wei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)泡(pao)(pao)(pao)上,隨氣(qi)(qi)(qi)泡(pao)(pao)(pao)一(yi)起(qi)浮到(dao)水(shui)面,形成(cheng)(cheng)浮渣(zha)并刮去(qu)浮渣(zha),從(cong)而凈化水(shui)質(zhi)。

設(she)備整體呈圓柱形,結構(gou)緊湊(cou),池子(zi)較淺。包含池體、螺旋(xuan)布水(shui)(shui)(shui)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)、溶氣釋放(fang)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)、旋(xuan)轉機(ji)(ji)架(jia)、集(ji)水(shui)(shui)(shui)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)、撇渣機(ji)(ji)構(gou)、溶氣系統(tong)、回流水(shui)(shui)(shui)管道及電控(kong)(kong)柜等部件。進水(shui)(shui)(shui)口、出(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)口和(he)污泥的排出(chu)口均在設(she)備的旋(xuan)轉區域(yu)內,布水(shui)(shui)(shui)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)、集(ji)水(shui)(shui)(shui)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)、溶氣釋放(fang)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)都與框架(jia)緊密(mi)連(lian)接在一起,圍(wei)繞池體中(zhong)心轉動。本裝置提(ti)供成(cheng)套(tao)設(she)備總成(cheng)及控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong),通(tong)過集(ji)中(zhong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)與分(fen)散控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)相結合,以使設(she)備達到最佳運(yun)行(xing)狀態。
