◆構造及工作過程
食品工業廢水處理高效淺池氣浮設備運用了氣浮分離技術,氣(qi)(qi)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)分離技(ji)術(shu)是指空氣(qi)(qi)與(yu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)在一(yi)定的(de)工作壓(ya)力下,使氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)最大(da)限(xian)度(du)的(de)溶入水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong),力求處(chu)于飽和狀態,然(ran)后把所形成的(de)壓(ya)力溶氣(qi)(qi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通過減壓(ya)釋放,產生大(da)量的(de)微(wei)細氣(qi)(qi)泡(pao)(pao)(pao),與(yu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)的(de)懸(xuan)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)絮體(ti)充(chong)分接觸,使水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)懸(xuan)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)絮體(ti)粘附在微(wei)氣(qi)(qi)泡(pao)(pao)(pao)上,隨氣(qi)(qi)泡(pao)(pao)(pao)一(yi)起浮(fu)(fu)(fu)到水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)面,形成浮(fu)(fu)(fu)渣并(bing)刮去浮(fu)(fu)(fu)渣,從而(er)凈化水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質。

針對傳統氣(qi)(qi)浮(fu)(fu)池的(de)不足之處,把它(ta)(ta)的(de)原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)進(jin)口(kou)和凈(jing)化(hua)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)出口(kou)設計為移(yi)動(dong)(dong)式(shi),以縮短(duan)原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)氣(qi)(qi)泡上浮(fu)(fu)時間,也就(jiu)是原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)流向(xiang)氣(qi)(qi)浮(fu)(fu)池的(de)同時,池中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)布水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)向(xiang)原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)流出的(de)相反方(fang)向(xiang)移(yi)動(dong)(dong),使(shi)進(jin)入到(dao)池子中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)基本(ben)上處于相對靜(jing)止的(de)狀態,這樣水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)氣(qi)(qi)泡則沿著垂(chui)直方(fang)向(xiang)浮(fu)(fu)向(xiang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)面(mian)(mian),浮(fu)(fu)起速(su)(su)度接近原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)固(gu)形物(wu)上浮(fu)(fu)速(su)(su)度(4~10cm/min),因此原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)懸浮(fu)(fu)物(wu)能很快浮(fu)(fu)到(dao)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)面(mian)(mian)上,而(er)浮(fu)(fu)渣(zha)下(xia)的(de)凈(jing)化(hua)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)仍停留(liu)在原(yuan)處,當(dang)凈(jing)化(hua)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)集水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)移(yi)到(dao)此處時,凈(jing)化(hua)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)就(jiu)能排到(dao)池外。為了使(shi)進(jin)、出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)能同步移(yi)動(dong)(dong),該機設計成圓(yuan)形,進(jin)、出口(kou)管(guan)安放(fang)在轉(zhuan)架上,使(shi)它(ta)(ta)圍(wei)繞(rao)著中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong),這種移(yi)動(dong)(dong)的(de)布水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)方(fang)式(shi)產生(sheng)“零速(su)(su)"。原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)懸浮(fu)(fu)物(wu)從(cong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)浮(fu)(fu)到(dao)表面(mian)(mian)的(de)速(su)(su)度快,三分(fen)鐘原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)就(jiu)能達到(dao)凈(jing)化(hua)要(yao)求(qiu)。
淺(qian)(qian)層(ceng)氣浮(fu)設備整(zheng)體呈(cheng)圓柱形,結構(gou)緊湊,池子較(jiao)淺(qian)(qian)。包含池體、螺旋布(bu)水(shui)機(ji)構(gou)、溶氣釋(shi)(shi)放機(ji)構(gou)、旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)機(ji)架、集水(shui)機(ji)構(gou)、撇渣機(ji)構(gou)、溶氣系(xi)統、回流水(shui)管道及(ji)電(dian)控柜(ju)等部件。進水(shui)口(kou)、出水(shui)口(kou)和污泥的排出口(kou)均在設備的旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)區域(yu)內,布(bu)水(shui)機(ji)構(gou)、集水(shui)機(ji)構(gou)、溶氣釋(shi)(shi)放機(ji)構(gou)都與框架緊密連接在一(yi)起,圍(wei)繞池體中心轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動。本(ben)裝(zhuang)置提供(gong)成套(tao)設備總(zong)成及(ji)控制系(xi)統,通過集中控制與分散控制相(xiang)結合(he),以使設備達到最佳運行狀態。
